If you are seeing me for the first time. In this appointment we will discuss your medical history and symptoms. Physical examination: tongue, pulse and acupuncture treatment. $165

Returning patients. Acupuncture and may include; cupping, moxa, Tui Nar massage. $140

This is also an opportunity to begin to connect and build trust as patient and practitioner.
Your initial 60–70 minute naturopathy appointment is a comprehensive, personalised consultation and package designed to start to understand the full picture of your health. We’ll explore your current concerns alongside your health history & pathology, digestion, hormones, sleep, stress levels, and lifestyle to uncover the underlying patterns influencing your wellbeing longer term.
This is a space to feel heard, supported, and gently guided. From here, we create a treatment plan that may include herbal medicine, nutritional support, acupuncture and practical, achievable changes to help restore balance and build resilience over time.
This also includes two 30-minute online or face to face, follow-up appointments to support you as your treatment unfolds.
