About
Christine Carley
Since 2008, I've been dedicated to practicing natural medicine. My comprehensive training in college covered major disciplines such as naturopathy, acupuncture, herbal & nutritional medicine, integrative pathology, flower essences therapy, and holistic counselling.
Immersed in the realm of health and wellness, I am particularly drawn to individuals seeking support for their spiritual well-being through Soul connection, where I run workshops and retreat company Beautiful Humans’ Retreats.
From 2017 as the principal naturopath at Western Health Collective, I honed special focus on chronic autoimmune conditions, hormonal health, fertility, optimal outcomes in IVF support, and digestive concerns.
Currently, I practice naturopathy and acupuncture at my home clinic in West Footscray, as well as at Health104 Middle Park. In addition to my clinical practice, I am deeply passionate about my role as a clinical supervisor for naturopathy at Endeavour College in Melbourne.
Some of the common reasons people come to see me are:
Fatigue & low energy
Digestive health
Menopause
Stress Mental Health & Wellbeing
Autoimmune conditions
Fertility & IVF support
Hormonal balance
Chronic Pain and Inflammatory Conditions
Allergies and Immune System Support
Skin conditions
Prior and during my degree I dove deeply into flower essence therapy and energetic medicine, which I use to this day.
Since 1997 I have immersed myself in trans-personal development; The Work of Byron Katie and Family Constellations which I also share with my clients 1:1 and in group sessions, workshops and at Beautiful Human’s Retreats. Where space is created for health and healing for all.
A small piece of my journey….
20 years ago I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, a pain syndrome of unknown origin as well as rheumatoid arthritis. I believe I had unknowingly always had this mildly throughout my childhood and young adult life. As I had always felt pain in my body and thought pain and fatigue were normal for everyone. When my first daughter was born the pain was in full swing. As there is no ‘cure’ for this condition, I had to step into my own life path to find a solution. So as well as mind-body practices and profoundly healing workshops and mind-body training I signed up for naturopathy in Melbourne at Endeavour College of Natural Health. Gaining a Bachelor in Health Science.
Now pain free and the healthiest and most energetic I have ever been in my 50s. I am able to support many patients with pain and anxiety from a holistic approach, using natural medicine and mind-body work. - my passion and lifes’ work. - My Why.
I am a proud mother and have a strong connection to the earth, animals and my community.
